HR Department - Jakarta Raya
Requirements:
- Male/Female
- Age between 25-30 years old
- Hold Bachelor Degree (S1) graduates from reputable university majoring in Psychology, Law, HR Management or equivalent
- With min 3 years experience in similiar position and related field
- Excellent knowledge in HR procedures and processes, performance appraisal, recruitment, Indonesia labour law and regulation, industrial relation, including expatriate formalities
- Able to handlle Staff Insurance, BUMIDA, Payroll, PPH21 & Jamsostek
- Computer literate, active in English written and verbal
- Good responsibility, highly motivated, able to work independently as well as in a team, well organized and perform multi tasking skill
