HR-Reward Head (Compensation & Benefit) - Jakarta Raya
Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the company’s compensation and benefit programs.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 13 years Human Resource experience
- Have General HR skills with a strong Compensation and Benefit skill
- Good command of English
- Experience in C&B such as share rewards/loans/pension funds
- Experience in mergers/acquisitions is highly valued
- From following fields; Banking (preferred), Telecommunication/Oil & Gas/Insurance
